Director, Richard Barker, has worked as an insurance broker since 1986. He has vast experience in dealing with all types of insurance, ranging from private motor insurance through to complex multi-national insurance programmes for PLC companies. He is professionally qualified to the level of Diploma of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
Account management
We will work with you to ensure that we understand your business and look to anticipate issues before they occur.
We will continually analyse and review your risk exposure, will use our knowledge and experience to make recommendations regarding cover requirements, service provision, costs and programme structure.
Insurance Manual
We will provide you with a clear and concise manual incorporating easy access to all important information, including cover details, claims procedures and certificates of insurance.
Re-broking
We will re-broke risks at intervals agreed with you.

We approach these as follows :-
Identification of risks
Using their experience, our staff will identify the risks to which your business is exposed. This will be via fact finds / discussions with you and visits to your premises. Please remember that our staff have visited many businesses over the years and are able to identify the risks for each business.
Avoidance / reduction of risk
We provide help and advice in reducing risks. This is sometimes in conjunction with an insurance company surveyor
Retention or transfer
We can advise on whether it is best for you to retain the risk (i.e. not insure it or have a very large deductible) or transfer the risk (i.e. insure it).
Claims management
Co-ordination of all parties involved in this process (e.g. insurers / repairers / loss adjusters / solicitors / car hire companies etc).
We will “hold your hand” when it comes to presentation of claims to insurers and negotiation of prompt and fair settlements.
Uninsured loss recovery
Recovery of uninsured losses where damage has been caused by another party via legal expenses insurer. We are able to provide contacts for personal injury solicitors and car hire companies in the event of non fault accidents where a personal injury has occurred or a hire car is required.
